This event featured a special lecture by Professor Liu Yingji, Dean of the School of Business at Henan Normal University, who holds a PhD in Economics. Professor Liu delivered a lecture on the theme of "Mastering Change, Growth, and Leadership: Reshaping and Leaping Forward in Mid-Level Leadership in Enterprises in the New Era." The lecture focused on the transformation of the energy equipment and shipbuilding supporting industries, analyzed the new requirements for leadership brought about by the changing industry landscape, and promoted the integration of knowledge and practice in leadership science and art among the participants.
Following this, the heads of each system presented their mid-year work reports via PowerPoint, comprehensively reviewing the achievement of targets in the first half of the year, deeply analyzing existing problems, and clarifying and detailing the goals and implementation measures for the second half of the year, all centered around the core directions of "improving efficiency, reducing costs, refining production, and optimizing products."
